Any assessment it provides, including whether something appears "covered," "conditional," or "not covered," is an interpretation of retrieved policy wording, not a guarantee of how an actual claim will be treated. Only your insurer can make a binding coverage or claims decision.
2. Absence is not a verdict: If InsureSense does not find something in the policy wording it has access to, that means the information was not found. It does NOT mean the item is excluded or uncovered. Always verify directly with your insurer before relying on an answer.
3. Not financial or legal advice: InsureSense is an informational tool, not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance advisor, broker, or legal professional.

How the Service Works

1. Grounded in ingested documents: Policy-specific answers are generated from the text of insurance policy documents that have been ingested into the Service's knowledge base. The Service does not have access to your personal policy unless that document has been ingested.
2. Third-Party Involvement: The Service uses multiple third-party platforms and vendors, some of which operate outside India. Your inputs may be transmitted, processed, and stored by these third-party systems.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: The Service is designed to provide helpful and relevant responses but may deliver inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Always independently verify any information before relying on it for a decision.

Liability

1. Use at Your Own Risk: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. No Responsibility for Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Service's operator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including any decision made or not made in reliance on its output.
3. Modification or Discontinuation: The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. This is a prototype/MVP and its knowledge base may be limited to a small number of ingested policy documents.

User Responsibilities

1. Eligibility: Use of the Service is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.
2. Prohibited Conduct: By using the Service, you agree not to:
   • Post or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
   • Use the Service to engage in unlawful or unethical activities.
   • Attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the Service.
   • Copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service without explicit written consent.

Data Privacy and Security

1. No Privacy Guarantee: The Service does not guarantee privacy, confidentiality, or security of the information you provide. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial details (e.g. policy numbers, medical history) unless necessary for your question.
2. Data Transmission: Inputs may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI and search services.
